Terms & Conditions:

• All prices are shown per item unless otherwise noted.
• Prices are FOB Weaverville NC.
• All merchandise must be paid for at time of purchase or shipment unless other arrangements have been made.
• Volume discounts can be negotiated.

Ordering Information:

• We have no minimum order.
• Orders will be shipped by UPS (on small orders) or Common Carrier (on large orders).
• We ship to all 50 states and internationally.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Checks and Money Orders.
• A service fee of $25 will be charged on all returned checks.

Returns:

• Refunds are permitted within 30 days of purchase on any item that is unaltered or unmilled.
• No refunds on custom orders.
• A restocking fee of 20% on the value of the returned merchandise shall apply.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Prices:

• Typographic errors are subject to correction when ordering.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• We try and maintain prices shown on our web site, however, due to fluctuating market conditions, prices may change without notice.
